Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We know your littles are growing, and what fits one day might not fit the next. To make sure you’re satisfied with your order, we accept change-of-mind returns for refund or store credit within 14 days. Returns must meet the following conditions: 

• The item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition 
• The item is within its original packaging with tags attached
• Your return is requested within 14 days of receiving your order
• You have your order number available for proof of purchase
• Mystery Bundle deals cannot be returned or refunded - these are FINAL SALE

Contact us to start a return. Once accepted, we will provide a return shipping address and instructions where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note we are not responsible for return shipping costs.

FAULTY ITEMS

We comply with Australian Consumer Law and will provide a refund, repair or replacement of products that are deemed to be faulty. Please contact us for further information.
